let's go to richard lui there as well. and richard, do you see the other wagons still there, and have the other ones carrying the men arrests, have they already left the scene? >> yes. actually, they just brought another individual around the corner. we were showing that video a second ago, and that individual right now, as you can see him with the black t-shirt, being moved into the wagon, that would be the fourth. and the area he came from is actually about a block away, where we saw -- that's where we saw four or five wagons earlier along with six police vehicles. we were wondering what was the situation there. they then walked him down the block, which you saw some of the video earlier, and now putting him inside the wagon. we don't know for what reason, but we did hear in that area as one of the wagons was arriving, a very loud and low thud, perhaps an object being thrown. i do not know and it's not been confirmed, then they all got out of the vans and four or five others arrived. they moved to the corner. as they were

this jury certainly felt he did, finding him responsible for the deaths of lindsay lui and martin richard. and the course where the bombings occurred, a number of people are talking high emotion there. in watertown where the shootout occurred, the boston marathon bombers and a few slides of bullets went and tamerlan ended up dying. people there have breathed a sigh of relief. there are still bullet holes from the shootout there, in fact. >> mike, let me ask you. are you surprised at all by this verdict? as caleb and others have said, if you're ever going to have a death penalty, this seems like an appropriate case for it. yet we've seen the polling bostonians, a majority of them did not think that tsarnaev did not receive the death penalty. so are you surprised by this outcome? >> i'm a little surprised. because we've done polls. the"the boston globe" has done polls showing the majority of people did not want the death penalty. i'm not surprised by the jury's decision because they were so quick. i was thinking that 14 hours, if they came back quickly, it was going to be the death penalty.
