richard ross's global technical strategist. good to see you guys. let's talk charts.at does the chart look like in your view? >> maria, i tell you, all issues aside, this stock is clearly a buy down here. as we know in this business, climbing is everything. and when you pull up that daily chart, clarearly we can see tha backdrop of a slow global take earlier this week is extremely poor timing. setting up that double top and commensurate 18% decline. we think that created a compelling buying opportunity down here. we think the stock trades back up to that prior support. now resistant, up around $78. if you want to be a a buyer done here at this end of the 12-month trading range. >> what do you think, zach? >> transparency aside for lululemon, i think this is clearly -- it is still a fundamental story that is pretty compelling. this has a high level of brand awareness. very loyal customer base. they are in this space of kind of athletic lifestyle wear where people attach their self worth to the brand. i don't think the issuis of the production of the line or the other,

on "talking numbers," on the technical side of the story is richard ross, global technical strategistchary karabell. gentleman, good to see you. thanks for joining us. rich, what's your take? let's start with the charts? are you a buyer at these levels? how does the chart of gm look to you? >> this is not the beginning of a correction in the broader market. this is the end of the correction, and transportation stocks like general motors are a compelling buy at these levels. now, gm loses 50% of its value coming out of that ipo. but when you look at that chart, you see it puts in a very nice triple bottom, over about a 12-month period. the stock catches fire into january of this year, then we have our first 15% correction. but that proveso be a bullish continuation pattern in the form of a head and shoulders. we break out, we're pushing 52-week highs here. i think the stock has another 20% upside. we should test $40 by the end of the year. >> on the fundamental side of the story, zach, what do you think? >> first of all, i love technical analysis, the certainty of patterns. if only i w

on the technical side is richard ross, global technical strategist with grayson.to see you. thank you for joining us. rich, kick it off. let's talk the charts. how are they looking to you of yahoo!? >> they're looking particularly strong. we would be a buyer of yahoo! right here. when we bring up this longer-term chart, you'll see it's really a tale of three breakouts, and we're a buyer of all three. let's take a look at that chart, and i'll show you. we start with a decisive breakout above the 200-week moving average, really for the first time in over seven years. we then emerge from a bullish ascending triangle when we take out that $19 level. and finally emerge from a symmetrical triangle or a coil. that's releasing all of the energy pent up over five, six, seven years of really doing nothing in the stock. now we've had a 14% pullback off the top with this broad market correction. i think that's exactly when you want to step in. this stock should trade $30. that's upside from here. i'm a buyer. >> steve, do you agree? >> no, i do not. sorry, rich. i think when

richard's fate. stefan has the latest from paris. >> reporter: yeah, ross, the meeting will take place today, but wew already that he will remain ceo. francois hollande, the french state which is the main shareholder with a 27% stake will vote in favor of richard remaining the ceo of the company. hollande explained that the first priority was to prevent the company from being affected by the probe targeting its ceo. he also explained that richard was not suffering from any restrictions linked to the procedure and therefore that he was able. if you missed the story last week, the ceo of france telecom was placed under formal investigation by a french prosecutor. not because he's the ceo, but for his role when he was head of the french finance ministry back in 2008. as for the official statement because in practical terms the french government even if it wanted to replace richard, may not have the power to do so. the government only has three at the company for a total of 15. and therefore it was not able to make a decision on itself. and it's not true that the other shareholders of the company wanted
