as richard roth was saying there was no outcome on either side. we've seen russia being accused of orchestrating affairs and russia accusing the west of doing the same. so diplomatically, we don't seem to be getting anywhere. there is another meeting in geneva on thursday scheduled, but certainly lavrov and the russian ambassador to the u.n. both said that those talks could be derailed if force was used by the ukrainian authorities against the people in the southeast. so diplomatically, that is the situation, an impasse on the ground now. we wait to see whether the ukrainian authorities make good on that threat to send in the army. so far, and the deadline passed about an hour ago. nothing seems to have happened. but these pro russian separatists have not taken down their barricades or moved themselves out of these government buildings that they've occupied. and let's be very straight about it. what we saw in crimea does seem to be replaying itself. you see these same uniforms without any sort of insignia. you semen who seem to be very well organi
