richland county deputies now say a man killed in the crash between a train and an suv was trying to get away from the train. it happened about 4:30 this morning near two notch road. the train tracks run parallel to two notch between windsor lake drive and rabon road. investigators say william boulware drove his suv off the road onto the tracks and got stuck there, then tired to get away on foot when a train came. they found boulware dead at the scene. the comedian whose been accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women was arraigned for the first time on assault charges today. bill cosby has been arraigned on one charge of aggravated indecent assault in connection with an incident in 2004. mr. cosby arrived at the elkins park, afternoon. he will remain free on 1 million dollars bail pending trial. he did not have to enter a plea. his next court hearing is january 14. the alleged victim is a former temple university employee who -prosecutors say -- thought of cosby as friend and mentor. the victim says cosby gave her pills and wine before sexually assaulting her. we'll have more detail
