we've got the richmond fire department here. police departments here and pg e this at this point is essentially a recovery effort as they try to get a body out of an underground vault. now, we also have some overhead pictures that we took a little while ago. we want to show you around 03:00am this morning. the fire department says it got a call about an explosion in the area. they came down the search and what they found was a displacement. help manhole cover. and this was an underground vault about 4 to 6 feet of water in it. it's energized and they found the remains of what we believe was one man down in the water. now, this is a very important vote for the area, provides electricity from the nearby subs ation to pretty much all of downtown richmond and the kind of the west side of town. so pg e has had to reroute power around and they're working on recovering the remains. now you might be asking how why was this person down in the ball? well, the fire department says there were no contractors working in the area. eugenie wasn
