a live look right now at the richmond/san rafael bridge.is notoriously one of the worst commutes in the bay area. not looking bad right now. but now a plan to add a third lane on the bridge has hit its own roadblock. the snafu is a retaining wall on the east side of the bridge. it needs to be backed up about 15 feet so that drivers can see better in that soon-to-be third lane. the opening of the third lane is still planned for the end of november. but a spokesman for the metropolitan transportation commission says that date could be pushed back several weeks or more. >> it's bad because it's been like this for a long time. we thought it was going to be fixed in a year. it's been three years. >> official will meet this month to see if there is a work to get back on schedule. >>> a proposal to require california police to release certain body camera video is moving forward. a state senate committee voted yes on the measure yesterday. the bill would establish a policy on when the footage should be released. it would allow police departments to
