are tracking the investigation after a man was run over at the chevron gas station at geary and 24th in san francisco's richmondtrict. ktvu channel 2 reporter tara moriarty has been following this story since 3:30 this morning and has disturbing details from the gas station attendant who witnessed what happened. >> reporter: he watched the whole thing unfold and it was pretty bad. especially when we first arrived on scene. this is the gas station where it happened. the gas station attendant says two person were in a car. they were talking with 40 to 50-year-old man who had been loitering at this chevron off 24th and geary. the three spoke for about 20 minutes and then suddenly the older man collapsed. the car passenger ran to the attendant, told him to call 911 and the attendant says what he saw was that the driver suddenly threw the car into reverse in order to leave and ran over the man. now, firefighters meanwhile were responding to what they thought was a medical call and they saw the victim pinned under the back wheel of the green sedan. >> when the fire department showed up he was lodged underneath the ti
