rick brooks from the local grass roots organization of our city. so just would like to take this up to 30 thousand foot level and focus on let's and p g and e offering. on the state level sierra club and other organizations and i have been a statewide organizer in this process as well. we've done a pretty good job and created a double edge sword with ourselves with this whole quote unquote green offering from pg and e and it was going to be this green thing and it's kind of garbage to be hops -- honest and they are not really renewable. what the organization established with pg and e is forcing this -- them to propose something better. it cost. they are going to be able to sell that even though we might think this is a reality. even though there is some delay, why it's so critical from the standpoint of the advocates that we make sure that our rate is competitive than what pg & e is putting forward. i have one recommendation to this. i think we should rock bottom a not to exceed rate at the 11.1 cents that they show you at the bottom of their chart

. >> rick brooks for san francisco grass roots. since this came up, i know i through this idea off the cuff. this is the idea, i think we can get them to vote right away on a node -- not to exceed if we go with the low 11.14 and with also the stipulation that if any of pg & e either it's brown rate or green power rate goes above that, then the staff would have the flexibility for a floating not to exceed rate and that's where we can go with the overflow and get the not to exceed done and then we can start marketing against pg & e immediately saying we have a cost competitive green program. i would strongly recommend kicking around that idea and making a proposal to puc staff on that and vote on this and maybe push for that if people think it's a good idea so we don't have to wait anymore on the not to exceed. >> thank you. is there any additional public comment? seeing none, public comment is closed. next item, please. >> item no. 7. public comment. >> we are now open for public general comment. >> i'm concerned about microwave rad

brooke, it's up to doctors. we're hoping to get some definitive answers about 1:30 eastern time today. both rickll as kevin ware are going to hold a press conference in the basketball facility behind me. it's unbelievable that just two days after doctors put a rod in this kid's leg that he was able to walk here on campus on crutches enter this basketball facility. mom by his side holding the championship trophy. he was in really good spirits. he spent about three hours with the team at practice yesterday. we saw him leave in a van about 6:00 eastern time. his mom gave us two big thumbs' up. him and his girlfriend gave us a big wave and a big smile. there was a handful of fans here just to wish him well to see how he was doing. they were really encouraged by his positive spirit. one fan told us that she believed that this unfortunate situation is just the kind of motivation this team needs to win a national championship. >> i think this right here is making them push even harder to bring the championship home. i mean if we -- we're a great team regardless anyway i'm proud of them. but this is the
