rick leventhal is in new jersey. where demand for fuel is high. >> supply and demand, demand goes up, prices go up, too and right now, anywhere between 10 and 20 degrees below zero, depthing on who you believe, you can imagine people are using their heat. imagine not having heat. we talked to a fuel oil delivery man who says he has been working overtime since the day before new year's because a lot of folks are rafaelizeing their fuel oil tanks are near empty or already empty, which makes it an emergency situation. he is pumping on average 150 gallons at a time. spends a few minutings working before jumping back into the sanctuary of his warm truck to his next stop. >> we have no choice. have to work hard, keep our customers warm. it's extreme conditions, a lot of senior citizens so we have to stay out here. summertime it's a good job. right now, not such a great job. >> prices are high for fuel oil. for obvious reasons. and natural gas analysis high demand so prices have spiked. broke a record on monday and then bro
