rick leventhal is on the streets of philadelphia with the latest. good evening, rick. >> reporter: bret, rain and lightning have kept the number of protesters lower today and off the streets of philadelphia. but there are groups out here, some are radical groups promising to be more expressive tonight. we saw one group moments ago, members of the revolution club, just set another flag on fire out here. they said they were bushing it as a personal statement that america was never great and the system needs to be overthrown. we saw another flag burning last night, but some of the people in the crowd were throwing water on that flag to put it out because they didn't agree with the politics of the group burning that flag. then there were arrests last night, as well. those people were given $50 citations. one group breached this fence with bolt cutters. they made their way through where the police were waiting. they face up to a year in prison, because that is a federal fence for crossing over. we' we're hearing some of these folks may try more tonight. >
