rick leventhal is there with more. might sound a little bit more serious than it is, right, rick? a containment zone, they are trying to stop the thread. >> yeah. the mayor here says he understands, it may be unsettling for people to see national guardsmen on the streets of new rochelle but he said they are here to help and the city won't be touched into armed camp. no razor wire or checkpoints but they are creating a one-mile radius containment zone, a large circumstance that will includes the home of the man believed the have started outbreak and the temple that he attended. that man reportedly in a coma. one of at least 108 cases reported here. the people who are not quarantined will be able to move freely in and out of the zone. stores can stay open but schools and houses of worship will close for at least the next two weeks and the in the guard will serve meals and clean public buildings and halls within the affected area. new york is one of 18 states now with coronavirus emergencies or 212 cases here in new york.
