texas governor rick perry is slamming any suggestions that cameron todd willingham may have been innocent. correspondent richard lui is joining us now. why is this execution controversial now? i can't remember whether it was three girls or three kids. were they all girls? >> you got it right robin. recently perry replaced three who were suspicious over an execution. he pardoned a stay of execution back in 2004 and the office received a five-page fax 88 minutes before willingham's execution. it contained an arson expert's findings that the fire, robin, was not deliberately set. >> so back to this commission about to hear a report now slamming the evidence used to convict him. let's talk about them. >> more on that robin you're right. the dallas news looking into that. the fire expert hired to review the willingham case released a report that said the willingham fire slipshod. governor perry says it's propaganda from capital death opposition. >> they have resulted in exxon rations. we could see arsons overturned because we know more about fires, we know more about arson so what experts say
