rick: and i'm rick leventhal.word on who could be indicted or what the charges might be, but "the wall street journal" reporting that authorities could arrest at least one person as early as monday. garrett tenney has this story from washington. >> reporter: well, rick and molly, there's all sorts of speculation going on about who the target of this indictment is and what charges they're facing. at this point, what we know is on friday prosecutors on mueller's team presented evidence to a grand jury here in washington, and according to "the wall street journal," that evidence was enough to convince them to approve the first charges in the special counsel's investigation. that indictment was sealed by a federal judge which is why we don't know a lot of the details still. the special counsel's office isn't commenting on this development in the case, but several former justice department officials tell us that at this point it's nearly impossible to guess what charges have been filed because, simply put, the broad po

we're following breaking news surrounding the indictments of paul manafort and rick gates.indictments from robert mueller's federal investigation into russian interference in the 2016 election. manafort, who served as president trump's campaign manager, surrendered to authorities earlier this morning. gates who served as manafort's deputy, has also been told to give himself up. the indictment itself does not appear to be directly linked to the 2016 campaign. instead, the two men are charged with a dozen counts accusing them of directing a campaign to lobby u.s. officials on behalf of the ukraine government and then hiding it from american authorities. among the charges, that the two of them were paid $75 million for their work and that they laundered at least some of the money to keep it hidden. the official reaction from the white house thus far is that it is not surprised that special counsel is actively performing its duties. msnbc's garrett haake is live at the fbi field office in washington where manafort was a short time ago. we're keeping our eye on the garage becaus

rick, what do you do with corporate credit right now? rick: we have reduced a bit. a conundrum. yield in need to get the world. the condition around credit is still pretty good. the maturity wall has been pushed out. do you own? we think spreads are tight. we have reduced high yield we have seen more of that recently. we still have allocation. there are other areas like em that we like the allocation a bit better. -- we talkzed assets about real rates in emerging markets. i said --osure, like you are not going to see a default cycle or a shock to credit, at all. alix: where on the quality scale? rick: do we hold? we have reduced pretty much across the quality cycle. we tend to be single-a, triple b. in high-yield, double b's are not that exciting. some of the double b's inside of 4%, should not be called high-yield anymore. we do not find that interesting at all, these spreads, given the ecb is the biggest buyer and have a different risk/reward paradigm than we do. we have bought banks in europe. the ecb is not buying. that is where we think there is real value. ali
