well, started out i didn't have a policy at all because i'm a part-time bartendser and full-time righter many plans available through employers for you. so i went to the healthcare web site, and i started getting calls from facilitators saying we can walk you through the whole process, and one walked me through the process to get a policy through florida blue. the premium was more than i could afford, so after signing up about a month and a half ago, my wife and i reviews or finances and realized we can't do this. it's too much. so we called another facilitator, and they were able to get us a good plan, something that actually had a premium we could afford. so i called back the first one and tried to cancel it. florida blue was like you have to talk to your facilitator. so i called him. he said, once you signed up with the new plan, the old plan will automatically be cancelled. okay, all done, right? nope. two days later florida blue took the premium out of our bank account. >> wow. which facilitator were you talking to, the second one that got you the cheaper policy -- >> no, the first
