across from piers here and the exploratorium and the ferry plaza, the gap plaza which is across from rincon park and bordered by steward and howard streets, the embarcadero sidewalk across from brannan street and pier 30/32 and the entry to pier 40. these locations were selected because they're near job centers or a transportation hub and areas in the dedicated . for this program the port has a operator with bike share operator-- the next part may have a fee based on the bike share program. pricing. because there are concerns raised on the impact of bike share and the impact on rentals the port included a non compete clause in the agreement which prohibits alta bike share from doing this. as you can see the pricing structure is two tiered. it includes a membership fee and usage fee. the first half-hour is free and the then the rest has a fee and maximum up to $250. in comparison an all day bike rental age is 14 to $32 a day and a bike share bike would cost $55 for four hours so there is a clear price difference and the pricing is in compliance with the proposed license. lessons learned. the same

rincon park and opened in 2004 and with an arrangement with redevelopment agency and how the land was transferred. i won't go into the detail of that and can go into it another time and this park and by the redevelopment agency and features the 700 berth harbor and a park and including a couple years ago -- a few years ago the addition of a play ground in it. china basin park just across the channel and i would like to talk about the blue green way which is mentioned in the director's report. the blue green way starts at china basin channel to the edge of the city. in the last years the port lead an intercity effort negotiated by mayor gavin newsom and spur to create blue green way and it's a new waterfront system as i described. like the embarcadero promenade the blue green way has a system to expand the area with the southern waterfront. midst the operations the blue green way enables the public to see the ships and deep vessel operations. it also promotes regional recreational employmentment from the bay area water trail. the development requires close attention to the needs of mar
