it's basically right next to one of the campuses of the university of texas, their rio grande valley campus is right there to the west of that facility, just a stone's throw from this border patrol facility that is run by the federal government of the united states with our taxpayer dollars, and according to the homeland security department's inspector general, and it is the homeland security department that is running that facility, according to them that -- this is what's going on inside.
