rio. sonoma county sheriff's offiails say the area of el rancho way and highway 116 are being evacuated.fy residents. ( marty ) firefighters are scrambling to contain the charlie fire. the fast- moving brush fire broke out saturday afternoon in castaic, just north of los angeles. it scorched over one-thousand acres in the first two hours. and as of this morning, it has grown to over three thousand acres...with only 10 percent containment. evacuations are in place for nearby neighborhoods. the cause of the fire is under investigation.
