stephanie chuang is at santa rita jail in dublin with more. >> reporter: good morning.he santa rita jail is where 27-year-old giselle esteban has been since yesterday. she is accused of murdering her former friend michelle le. yesterday that hayward police released the top pieces of circumstantial evidence in the case. they include hospital security camera footage putting esteban at the scene before and after michelle disappeared, cell phone tracking showing the victim and suspect's phones traveled the same paths, and dna found on the bottom of esteban's shoe was matched to michelle. yesterday morning around 10:00 is when hayward police arrested esteban as she left her union city home. they also took away bags of evidence after searching the house. cbs 5 later spoke to corazon marasigan the mother of scott marasigan and he is esteban's ex-boyfriend. in fact, the two have a 5-year- old daughter together. three days before michelle le went missing, scott took out a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend after she threatened to shoot herself, giselle esteban. >> like
