out and harass people who drive by, walk by and live by chars wood elementary school at second and ritner in the heart of the mummersville. some of the teens, violene and vandalism has been caught on surveillance camera. despite cameras in the face and eyes on their bodies these teens continue to terrorize the neighborhood among those victimized a neighbor whose park car got its rear windows smashed, recently neighbors now feel compelled in the second video to to have get together every night around dinner time until it gets dark out and even afterward to take up the same school yard turf to keep terrorizing teens away . >> the person who came and broke my car window, yes, he had something in his hand whether it was a crowbar or knife i'm not able to say but he swung, hit the back, my back windshield and busted it opened. i finally saw video and i was watching this the first thing that went through my mind is no one even like stopped to say like oh, my god what did we just do they just carried on with their day and this was not out of the ordinary for them. >> reporter: even with good car
