there was a discussion rlier on earlier on if you list all the cancer drugs many of them didn't cause people to live very long. i think we need to look at individual therapies and make a judgment about what that really means. i know that i have to close right now and i'll just make one more point. that is when you think about it, there was a study recent ly fro the university of chicago that said reducing cancer death rates by just 10% in the u.s. would be worth roughly $4.4 trillion in economic value to current and future generations. so i'll come back to the point that if we're going to have a serious discussion we have to look at costs wholistically. we can't just look at drug prices in isolation. i heard the comment earlier that drug price are 50% of cancer costs in this country. that depends on what you mean by drug prices. there are data that say it's 20%, but with hospital mark ups, that can be 500% on the manufacturer's price to get to 50%. so it's important not to have these high level discussions without focusing on specifics. >> thank you. we set a stage for great conversat
