mayor and the rnc chair and jason chaffetz and juan williams are here today. john roberts leads live from the north lawn. >> we are still expecting that the president may give a video message before the day is over. we are not clear about that yet. we got an update on the president's health from the white house physician who said the president told him this morning, i feel great. connally adding his vital signs are stable and has been fever free for over 4 days and symptom free for over 24 hours. hasn't needed oxygen since his hospitalization. he said the president's labs defected levels of coronavirus antibodies drawn on monday meaning the president's own immune system is mounting a response to this. the white house is not saying whether the president is still testing positive. i imagine when we tests negative we will hear about it. safety protocols were put in place for the president to work out of the oval office. he did not. he stayed in the residence. they will remain in place over the next few days until the president is up and around in case he wants to

and they're leaving it up to the rnc and outside groups to try to pick up some of the slack. emphasis on the word some. and while the rnc is spending more money than the dnc by about a million dollars, other democratic groups are collectively outspending republican groups -- again, this is in the state of florida. by about a 4-1 margin. a big part of this is michael bloomberg, for what it's worth. but this is not all a florida only phenomenon. the bide encampaign the dnc and democratic groups are collectively outspending the trump campaign, the rnc and republican groups by, well, everywhere and by an enormous margin. folks, when you look at these numbers, it shows you two important things. one is the trump campaign looks to be in dire financial shape. just dire. they only have $10 million cash to be on tv for this last week on their own. and the trump campaign appears to be searching for any path to 270 that may not go through america's most important swing state, florida. you read that right. they're actually trying to see if there is a way for them to win without florida. a

. >> this is not the closing argument that the trump campaign and the rnc wants to make, but this is what the president is giving them. the "lock her up" chants, and diverting from the main message, which is focusing on the policy, contrasting trump's vision for the country and former vice president joe biden's vision for the economy and for the country. instead we go down these various robert holes, as kevin said. this is not where the campaign wants to be. my colleagues did report that the rnc and campaign had a meeting earlier to try to bury the hatchet, get on the same page and figure out the messaging, but as much as they meet and try to strategize, when the president gets in front of a crowd, he does exactly what he wants to do. he diverts from the strategy, and talks about much things from what the campaign wants hiram to talk about. it's clear he's going to do that for the final two weeks. he'll be on his own messaging tour, where he attacks hi points and doesn't put forward the clear message about the economy and about his vision for the country. >> interesting. so this week

then you have the strategic side, the rnc and the campaign putting together this messaging that looksto note, poll watchers are a critical part of the legal strategy of the rnc and the trump campaign as we head into the election, they need them to actually behave. take a look. we have colorado. it says be courteous to all, even democrats. says politely ask questions. dress professionally. take a look at the colorado don't, don't show up late, don't take audio or video recording, something we heard trump associates saying to do, to take video in those polls. don't be confrontational. don't interfere with other poll watchers or voters. i think it sums it up. this is from a training in maine. it shows you the text on the screen, i want to tell you what the speaker says when the slide comes up. he says essentially the key is to behave yourself and not act like a fool. very different messaging. i have to tell you, we have been talking to the state and local election officials, they're not as concerned about people that are going through the training. what they're concerned about is people

i want to mention one other thing, the rnc did a $25 million ad buy targeting seniors. one thing we have seen is that seniors have softened on "the five" when it comes to covid but this ad buy is interesting and the places they are targeting it and really focusing in on medicare for all, which seniors don't want. they are talking about things like government takeover of health care. they don't want that. so you see in a place like north carolina where you have cal cunningham, the democrat's kind of sexting scandal going on. can this kind of surgical approach of a targeted ad buy, can that be a difference? because that could be a close election. >> juan: joe biden is not for medicare for all. he has a different plan. >> greg: we don't know what he's for. >> juan: no, we do know what he's for. but to your answer about philly, what you're saying is black voters, our black voters going to turn out in philly? but i think in part, white suburban women in montgomery county, a huge number of voters, how do they feel? so far, what you see his big turnout from black voters so far
