rock springs road from north glebe to little falls road is also still closed as they're trying to cleanp those intersections and also get the lights working as well. we still have a number of dark intersections and roads littered with tree limbs and large debris, this after sunday's storm ripped through the washington area and seemed to cause significant yet isolated damage to this corner of northern arlington. we saw lots of healthy, heavy, and large tree limbs torn from trees, landing on homes, cars, streets, and power lines. it's reported that this area got up to 60-mile-per-hour winds during sunday's storms, and that's what caused all of this damage. now, it's very important for folks who are leaving their homes this morning to pay very close attention to a couple of thing. first of all, if you come up on a dark intersection, remember that's a four-way stop, and you need to treat it like a four-way stop sign is there. secondly, if you see these cones or you see yellow tape, don't go through it. it doesn't matter if you know the road. they are trying to close these roads while they c
