at the 242 highway 4 connector there is over night road work in effect. also not far from the freeway, a building fire, fire activity in the area and willow pass road. 680 is at the limit with no delays. the bay bridge toll plaza, so far so good. easy ride as you head into san francisco, no metering lights yet. san m bridge, no delays between 880 and 101. >>> we have breaking news in the east bay, going live to concord where there is a huge fire as you can see, an active fire fight. this is on willow pass road. gianna mentioned it. it appears to be a chinese buffet. there is a second story as well. there is significant damage as you can see. the fire fight is continuing. we did get this picture from firefighters when the building was really roaring. this is east of 242. lately they've been doing more defensive operations. as you can see from the picture on twitter, the building was fully engulfed in flames once firefighters got there. >>> also modera and mariposa, there is a big fire and dozens of people have been evacuated. this is in the central valley.
