and this is that's lesser road and river road.went through, they also have barricades in that area. how bad is this place you can see how hard it's raining at this particular time. and i mentioned how people in this area they know this area too well. if they don't there are signs that will tell you this road may flaws and it did a flood. did flood overnight in the rain still coming down to the point where first responders they're not going to removing the car because they want to leave tow operators available to respond to eminent emergencies. fortunately, this person ok. with the water rushing at the time. it was fear that the water have swept this person into the vineyards or even beyond this particular point that everything is ok, it's just a messy situation. and you might even see headlights their i don't know if that's a tow truck operator. finally, looks like that called the tow truck that truck stopped look at rainfall at this particular place. and chp officers. they are coming and going making sure that we can do that car.

it's not pleasant to be on the roads right now. if you can just wait it out, highly recommend that you can see we're just had another wave that just rolled in a little bit here. and some of it kind of went into parts of marin county. and so some of the heavier rain kind of now there and also down over in the east bay. so as you zoom in here, you can see we're at about about a 3rd of an inch per rain an hour. that's actually a huge improvement. we were having over and inch an hour come down in some spots. so starting to see things a little bit better in places. but you can see the trajectory of this raid is it's just going to track and basically northwest to southeast. and so everything in its wake is going to get awful lot of rain very quickly. so shows you where the flash flood warning is. and you can see in south san francisco till 5 o'clock headed over to the east bay until 6 o'clock again. don't get on the roads. if you can get can avoid it. and this is the north bay where i'm happy to say things are a whole lot better right no

this is a river road yesterday. tran out there and luckily when the person drove in the water wasn't this time, it was pretty high. they were able to get out. call for help and that's fine. but they closed down the road and then you can see the water rose again and shows you just how quickly that can happen and how swiftly the water moves. so the person in this case is fine. but look at that. look, that's 3 feet right there. there's a measuring stick right next to that spot. you know, the usual places that flood chances are they're flooding. so in your neighborhood, just beware. please learn from >> and you can see the lines if you got flowing water over the roadway. >> turn around. don't drown. >> and you need to make sure as well when you're driving as we're showing here, if your wipers are on, your headlights need to be on and slow down, make sure that you leave a lot more space between cars so that there's plenty of time to break. in san mateo county, the campground at memorial county park is closed until sunday
