meteorologist rob mayeda continues our team coverage. he has been tracking the conditions all weekend long. rob, the winds really a factor with this red flag warning. when do you think pg&e will decide it is safe to turn power back on? when do you think winds are going to die down? >> it's all really tied into the winds, which is starting to make itself felt, only 17%. 67 degrees, and we're also seeing temperatures very warm, in the 70s from napa into concord. close to that in santa rosa. this is the north wind, starting to pick up right now, mainly in the hills towards mt. diablo in the north bay. watch how these numbers accelerate between now and 3:00 a.m. the areas you see in red and purple showing the potential for gusts of 40 miles per hour. it is very likely the peak of the winds will likely happen from 3:00 a.m. to just before sunrise tomorrow. you see san francisco and the east bay hills picking up. the red flag warning through noon. it includes east bay hills, about a thousand feet in the north bay hills. but the worst condition
