joining us now is meteorologist rob mayeda. rob, jodi just said it's starting to rain already near santa rosa. what is the latest timeline on this storm? >> i think the timeline is reflected in how the flood watches go live tomorrow. they'll be starting out in the north bay, 4:00 tomorrow. once it gets to midday, heavier rain moving into the north bay. that will be the first of the flood watches. 10:00 tomorrow night, as you heard in jodi hernandez's story there, we could see several inches of rain across some of the mountain areas. three to five inches. and give the fact the ground is saturated, the risk of runoff flooding is certainly elevated. starting tomorrow, 4:00 it's all the north bay counties. 10:00 through 10:00 saturday will be areas san francisco southward, including the south bay and santa cruz mountains. you'll notice we do have some rain out there right now, mainly light to moderate rain outside. this will be followed up by some heavier rain rates as we go through the day tomorrow. notice these totals as early as
