rob mayeda for the cold weather hitting the midwest and east coast. we got a taste of it with the 49ers today. >> it was lucky they didn't have to go into overtime. we're looking at the low of minus 24 and that is in the cold sector of the storm where the snow is flying across chicago and detroit. still mild on the east coast for now but as the cold front passes the eastern seaboard we'll see a huge plunge, subzero hyighs for green bay and detroit. for tuesday, upper teens and 20s and new york. and you don't ee this often. the low in atlanta georgia dropping down to 7 degrees. this subzero air will filter into the midwest. we'll see flight delays into chicago because of that due to icy conditions and many more on the northeastern corridor. that's going to be the story into tuesday. this cold snap will stick around for a while. our own weather is the exact opposite. we came close to breaking record highs today as highs did get close to 70 degrees. we'll talk more about that and shower chances in the seven-day forecast in a few minutes. >> thank you very much, rob. at least one person killed and two more injured in a fiery plane crash at the aspen, colorado airport. the cr

rob a beer. yeah, sort of. yale law school was cheap back then by comparison to now. and salaries then were lower but not as much low or as yale law school is more expensive. and i see this with my own law students. you see people graduating with a lot of student loan debt and getting good jobs that pay a lot and still being strap ised. strapped. it's easy to graduate with six-figure debt. the highest debt load for a student i have personally known was $400,000, which i stress to add was not accrued at the university of tennessee college of law where i teach, but rather at pricey, private undergraduate and graduate institutions attended prior to law school. but, you know, when you get out and you owe $400,000, it almost doesn't matter how much you make. and a job that pays a salary, that's a brutal burden. and the federal reserve recently did a study of the impact of student debt, and they found that students are putting off marriage, putting off car purchases, putting off home purchases and all sorts of things we normally think of as the kinds of things young and middle-aged adults do and we rely on to drive our ec

expense side, i think you guide it to low double digit programming expenses which seem to employ single digit expense growth overall. that hasn't always been the case, rob at that? >> we have been managing our nonprogramming expenses very well. and i think we'll continue to do that. we've actually been -- aside from programming cost growth we've been in the low single digits in terms of our -- in terms of our cost management. and to the extent that we have driver of increased costs on the labor side, on the employee side which is our second largest cost, it's really related to investments we're making in the high growth business services operation that we've got which grew over 20% in 2013 and we'll continue to grow at a very fast pace going forward. >> how much of that ebitda growth target would be from raising prices and do you have the ability to raise prices at all? >> i think going forward in our plan what we articulated this morning was that while we've been very effective at increasing revenue per customer to an increasing extent going forward, our revenue lift is going to come from increasing volume. so i hope to get a better balance in terms of
