rob marciano checking the latest for us. how tricky is this storm going to be for us?t west, and it will be all be heading east. we have back to back storms. this is the first one heading west toward utah, and then in the four corners region there, a highway spinout, and a small accident. i-40 and arizona at the higher elevations seeing this drive on christmas night. so a dicey, dicey drive there. we have a number of weather watches and advisories that are posted for this next storm that's coming, and winter storm watches now east of denver into parts of northern nebraska. wind advisories for los angeles and much of southern california. winter storm warnings now posted outside san diego, and up to 30 inches of snow. the grapevine on i-5, shut down, and that's at about 4,000 feet and snow and heavy rain. this is a compact storm rolling through california, and will go through the mountain west tomorrow, and into the plains on saturday. look at chicago, st. louis, little rock looking for heavy rain here, and a lot of warmth building up. we'll see storms heading towards th

for that we turn to our rob marciano.llen. we're looking at more than that. freezing rain last night to rain, now back to snow. we have got winter storm warnings from tennessee all the way up to maine. let's time this out. we will see a switch over where it is raining along i-95 and it will accumulate beginning later on tonight. coastal low beginning to develop now. you see the white in through new york city, tonight at 7:00 p.m. we'll see accumulations there along i-95, certainly hartford's already got it and still snowing in boston tomorrow so a rough commute there. likely to be some schools closed tomorrow morning in some of these areas. 2 to 4 inches anywhere from philadelphia to new york city overnight and another 6 to 12 on top of what they've seen here. i-90, the mass pike is going to be dicey but some accumulations along i-95. will make for a dicey commute tonight and tomorrow morning. just the first week of december. spring is not around the corner. hold on tight. >>> coming up, how dwyane wade is taking on criti
