rob. >>> next here tonight, an arrest now in the stabbing death of a woman while jogging in washington, d.c. surveillance capturing wendy martinez and a suspect just before the attack. that suspect was later arrested. martinez was engaged to be married just this week. and tonight, there's also new surveillance now emerging of her entering a restaurant after being attacked and trying to get help. here's abc's linsey davis. >> reporter: first caught on surveillance video and now caught by police. authorities in washington, d.c. say this is the man responsible for the brutal stabbing of a jogger. >> we arrested and charged 23-year-old anthony crawford of northwest d.c. >> reporter: crawford was taken into custody just one day after wendy martinez was stabbed seven times around 8:00 tuesday night. this is martinez jogging just moments before. the 35-year-old tech executive stumbles into this restaurant bleeding profusely, causing some customers to flee. but others tried unsuccessfully to save her. she later died at the hospital. >> she asked for help, so that makes us so proud to know that our girl had the energy, the strength to fi

police say martinez wasn't killed because he was an informant but because he was a member of a rival gang. robabbed in roundups across three states. ice agents arresting 98 in texas and oklahoma for drug and weapons crimes during a 10 day sweep. they came from several countries including mexico and el salvador. 29 were previously deported in five were documented gang members. agents arresting 150 illegal immigrants in los angeles. foxbusiness alert, people showing up big bucks over a massive data breach that hit millions of users. shannon: here with more on how the ride sharing app is more secure. >> reporter: this data breach happened in 2016 but uber failed to disclose it more than a year about finding out about it. hackers stole 600,000 driver's license numbers and customer email addresses, phone numbers. they are being forced to pay $148 million in a settlement. this does include all 50 states including the district of columbia, the largest data breach payout in history. with the settlement, uber promised to tighten up at security policies, also hire an outside party to monitor its data pr
