rob portman, sounds like a plan to do just that. good to have you back. what's this about? >> it's actually a republican senate plan, and i call it kind of the governing blueprint. it's not just a blueprint for jobs. it's saying if you give us the majorities we'll begin to implement this. it is regulatory relief. i got back from hearing on permitting reformment unbelievable how hard to per midst something in this country and investments going overseas as a result. also tax reform, progrowth, gifts at the international competition on taxes we're losing jobs and capital overseas right now. it also talks about energy. and the need for us to develop ear resource -- our resources at home and to approve the keystone pipeline, a great job creating, and lowering energy cost and the trade and the need to get into the business of exporting so we're sending our products overseas. these are things that conclude and should be done and turns out the has passed a lot of legislation that would fit under these seven prims. so -- seven principles. we're trying to push it forward. i have a fr
