a bizarre story with rob roblin. >> please do not have a motive in this case, but these are the charging document -- police do not have a motive. the suspect in this case tells police that he not only killed the victim but he also ate the victim's heart and portions of his brain. harford county police say this man, 21-year-old alexander kenu not only kill the dead man, but he also ate his heart and part of his brains. >> the suspect then led detectives to a dumpster in the job of where they recovered what remained of mr. cody's body. -- a dumpster in joppa. >> the deceased were reported to have gone jogging and he never came home. >> the investigation predicament investigation division came out and interview people and there was a problem with consistencies of stories. >> last night when police searched the victim and suspect home, they found body parts of the victim, specifically a human head and to human hands. >> jah reid confronted his brother who is 21 years of age. he denied that the remains were human. >> police in harford county say the investigation is ongoing at this time, they

rob roblin was at the scene. >> the accident happened at around 10:00 a.m. this morning here on route 152. you can see how violent the crash was. skyteam 11 was over the scene this morning, shortly after the tragic accident happened. a truck, a jeep, and a gmc suv somehow collided here on route 152 just outside of fallston. >> the regression bobbing three vehicles. therefore people involved -- the crash involved in three vehicles. >> two people were blown to shock trauma and one mistake into upper chesapeake medical center. the one remaining victim was pronounced dead on the scene, and later on, one of those transported died. >> we have to individuals who are deceased. we are notifying next of kin. a third person, who i have been told is listed in stable condition at this time, and i am waiting on an update on the fourth individual. >> police cannot say what caused the crash or whether this area is prone to accidents. neighbors say this can be a very busy road. >> it is a tough road. there is a lot of traffic on it. there is way too much traffic at certain t

rob roblin joins us live from northwest baltimore with a look at some alternative routes. >> city officials say this job is going to take until at least the end of the month. look for closures and changes, so you better just keep up with what is going on on the jones falls. city officials say additional lanes must be close to get the repair work done. the excavation that is just guarding is in the left lane, but the grouting is going to be in the middle and the right lanes. all three lanes are being affected by this process. >> you have no choice but to close. >> exactly. >> commuters have adjusted to the lane closures for the most part. complete closure on the j.f.x. will be done from 10:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. beginning on thursday. >> it starts thursday night it 10:00 until 4:00 in the morning. it will be every night. there is going to be drilling to inject route, which is basically concrete. >> this is how the traffic will be diverted. during the closure, northbound traffic will be detoured onto the north avenue-28 streak exit. motorists should continue left and left on 29th street back

rob roblin joins us live at the sheriff's office in hartford county. >> it started out as a missing person's report, but it ended up as murder. police here in harford county say this is a crime of murder and cannibalism. police say this man not only killed his roommate with a knife, but he also ate the victim's heart and part of his brains. >> he stated that he consumed mr. cody's internal organs, specifically his heart and portions of his brain. the suspect then led detectives to a dumpster in joppa, where they did -- where they discovered what was the rest of the remains. >> they say he had gone jogging and never came home. police found body parts of the victims when they searched the homes. >> police say at this time and have no motive. >> we will have a lot of follow- up to do and some of that will be reinterviewing as the suspect. this point i cannot tell you one way or the other. >> this investigation is ongoing. the suspect is in jail and has been denied bail. >> the man reportedly -- state police say 28-year-old brian wilson -- ron lewis had taken to using his cell on inside area bat
