well. let's join rob with the latest. >> similar to what we're seeing here, high pressure on top giving us this dry offshore breeze and area of low pressure tracking through northern california giving us high fire danger conditions for our hill tops especially. we're talking above 1,000 feet with winds gusting above 30 miles per hour. low humidity levels and warm temperatures again. so at least through mid afternoon, elevated locations of the north bay, east bay and south bay. that's a change. the northeast winds early on. shifting out of the southeast by the afternoon, as the wind speeds drop off we should see fire danger decreasing. you can see the wind about 5 to 10 miles per hour. closer to ground level than in the hills. wind speeds at about 30 miles per hour. 40s and 30s, chilly start especially in the north bay. you'll see the numbers climb by another 35 degrees by the afternoon. so a cold start. 39 in livermore. you look at the pollen forecast you notice that the breezes, these are spring like levels. so again, not so good of our air quality. pollen count is very high for this time
