prominent defense attorney john henry browne arrived in kansas tonight for his meeting with army staff sergeant robert bales. bales is being held at ft. leavenworth. he's accused of opening fire on the civilians after leaving his base in afghanistan last week. browne says he is looking into whether bales was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. >> everybody that's had three or four deployments to the middle east is probably going to have some form of ptsd. i don't know anything specific about it. i know he has a -- he had a concussive head injury, which is going to be as serious if not more serious than ptsd. so i don't really know yet. >> bales is expected to be charged for the killings in the coming week. >>> well, tonight we've learned that the military is investigating a bomb threat at the home base of staff sergeant bales in washington state. a military spokesperson says a soldier called in the threat to blow up barracks at joint base lewis-mcchord. the soldier was taken into custody, but investigators did not find any evidence of bombs. >>> tonight mitt romney has another win under his
