in contra costa county, it will be for six months. nbc bay area's robert honda joins us from a hospital in san jose to show us how people are reacting. we got very mixed reaction from people on whether they are still used to wearing masks from before, or if it bothers them, even to this day. but now masks are required in all health care facilities throughout most of the bay area, regardless of how anyone feels about it. put your mask on, please. face masks were being distributed at the entrance of santa clara valley medical center to everyone entering, taking some visitors by surprise. the public health order extends to health care facilities, where patients are being cared for in santa clara, san francisco, alameda, san mateo, napa and contra costa counties, with some slight differences in each. similar to an order last year, this mask mandate will run from november first through march or april in contra costa. basically flu season bringing back the masking just around flu season is actually really smart because, you know, this is when the virus comes bac
