the fire started and ktvu's robert handa spoke with firefighters who are working to put out hot spots tonight. >> we were inside the fire area and even though there is still smoke firefighters say the fire is under control and they are right now watching and waiting. making sure the fire is completely out and the gas dissipated. a few hours ago from news chopper 2, the fire department got a call about 3:00 p.m. and they could see flames destroyed one of the homes on moss brook circle and spread to two neighboring homes. the homes are close together. as you can see the frames helped feed the fire. a gas line break accelerated the flames and homes were evacuated to a school. some told us they were alerted by the popping explosion sounds and by their neighbors. >> hollered there is a fire across the street. i looked up, boom, like it exploded. we were on our way up the street. she grabbed my dog and away we went. >> we have no injuries. to fire personal or civilians and we are standing by waiting for pg&e. gas line break helped cause the fire or did come from the fire? >> i don't have th
