. >> author robert mcdonald archive. the is the depository for the public records of pennsylvania, particularly those from state government. we have some responsibility for county records. we hold about 70,000 cubic feet and that is 250 million pages of material throughout the storage tower. we are looking at some material from the archive holdings regarding the nuclear accident at three mile island. the accident started on march 28, 1979. there was a partial marked out of the core of the reactor in the facility. it is located south of miles.urg, about six the facility is on an island in the susquehanna river. that is where the name came from. i was a freshman at messiah college. my recollection is that information about the accident was coming out in bits and pieces. itple became concerned about , about their children. many families decided to get in the car and leave the area. the accident occurred on wednesday. on thursday, college professors and students started leaving. friday, the majority of the campus was empty.

has david shulkin broken publicly with the obama administration or robert mcdonald on any key issues?> no. publicly, they have been on the same page. now, it is how those things get spun and who is saying what they are for. secretary mcdonald has spoken a lot about consolidating outside care programs. there is this issue of privatization and how much veterans care should go on outside of the department of veterans affairs and secretary mcdonald and dr. shall can have both talked about building more partnerships with outside clinics. looking for ways to simplify when veterans want to get care for private doctors. a lot of that could play very nicely with the promises that president-elect trump has made about getting more care out there and getting more access to veterans but we haven't seen dr. shulkin be critical in any way or say that the president is holding back real reforms. it would be intriguing to see in the next few weeks if there is a more public break. if there is a difference in the spin and the approach of how he is going to approach the top job now. >> support from senato

i think people need to -- you think about robert's job with mcdonald's, how many locations throughout the world? >> 36,000. sean: you are dealing with countries and employees and laws and something goes wrong in a country where they have a mcdonald's, they've got to be ready to evacuate them, dealing with those leaders. rex tillerson's experience over the last 30 years at exxon has led him to develop relationships and 50-plus countries. someone who is a minister of finance is now the prime minister or the president, he has a personal relationship with him, he understands some of the business that goes on in that. at the end of the day, his job is to make sure that exxon got the best deal. , so he would work with countries to make sure -- this is a guy willing to put all that aside to do the same thing for the country. through his confirmation hearing, hopefully, you start to this is an unbelievably gifted individual cares deeply about this country and is willing to put a lot aside because he thinks he can serve this country in a better way. hi, i'm a second year in the college. thanks

mcdonald's debate time. jason rockman of leo weil advisers. he sees 110 price on that stock, and robert barrow thinks it will go to $130. you guys aren't that far apart, actually, but i was looking at the mcdonald's stock. it's going from the 40s to about 120. that doesn't seem so bad. what are your concerns about mcdonald's right now? >> i would say mcdonald's is slightly overcooked at this point. i think you need to take it out of the oven, let it cool off. you need to sell some shares if you have them. rebalance, in other words. 110 is a very conservative bearish price target. that's just the recent low from, like, 90 days ago. fundamentally, which is what i really want to focus on, is that revenue was down $300 million from the same time last year. that's a significant 5% downturn, customer traffic declining, sales declining. the one bright spot, really, is the foreign growth, but with trump's policies, the rising interest rates, that's going to provide more headwinds into mcdonald's growth, so i really don't see any major upside here. >> all right, robert, you do have to hand it to
