next up is robert muehlbauer. >> hello honorable members of the rules committee. robert muehlbauer. i live in the engel side on majestic avenue and a resident since 1979. i have been i am currently serving as the chair of the balboa park citizens advisory committee. by my experience in my past career in public service and community development or just my current status at being retired but active in the city and moving around i think i could fill in one form any of these slots and i would be happy to serve in any of those capacities. i think what we really need for this committee is a quorum so that we can carry on the business of what we need to get done out there, and when i look at what needs to be done we have about $8 million of bart proves. we have muni realigning platforms for street cars and 85 units of affordable housing slated for the upper yard. we have a landmark historic building vacant. there's a lot to do so i would like to get a full quorum and a managed basis to bring some of the issues before us so the community can have input on it and then make sure that the impr
