tom: robert murphy, thank you so much. lisa, what a good conversation.summarize as a cacophony of information this weekend on a pandemic going both ways. lisa:lisa: the idea that we are seeing the pandemic worsen, and at the same time, penned my fatigue israel. people are already loosening up themselves. how did they do that anyway were they continued to combat this pandemic, to be finally done with it, and get back to the way we are used to life? tom: they are making it very clear that it is like, let's go. lisa: how was easter? tom: we survived. lisa: i think that people are getting more accustomed to having their children at home and perhaps getting that much more excited to go back to the office. tom: try to get back to normal. we just heard that from robert murphy? how hard can it be?et we are having a difficult time getting a consistent message across the board. tom: the pandemic is stark. there's no question about that. the conversation this morning from johns hopkins and northwestern have been stunning. the idea that we are letting your guard down nationally on the pandemic i think is tangible. there's a lot of distressing information out there. lisa: people are tired of it. you can see that the optimism is stemming from people saying we are going to go out, we are going to travel, and then we are celebrating the benefits of that with some of the good data out of company. you heard anna han of wells fargo talking about how we need to see earnings come in. the only way for earnings to meet these is for people to be optimistic enough to go out and spend. tom: that's where we are. we go into an eventful week here. a couple of hours ago, i'm really looking for to april 14, jp morgan earnings. i want to see the rollouts that begins at tradition with the banks. i want

the most compelling evidence that we get comes from two trials robert loudon and william murphy. they are the two boat burners that are part of the st. louis gang. they are found and they are tried and so we have all of this testimony and evidence that comes to light during their court-martial procedures, even though they are civilians. they are tried by the military courts. in st. louis, they are both found guilty. they're both sentenced robert loudon actually escapes. he there's a prisoner transport and he's able to escape that that way william murphy will end up serving part of his sentence and then after the war his sentences vacated by a supreme court justice is doing his big, you know circuit ride because he says murphy was not supposed to be tried by the military court. he should have been tried by a civilian court and so on that technicality he's released. um the other big piece of compelling evidence is surprisingly in the assassination trials and investigations tied to the lincoln assassination. that's where we get edward frazier's testimony about his participation in t
