first i call on robert sullivan a weather watcher. he is with us this afternoon to say, hey, the skies should be called pooky. i don't know what he means by that in redwood city. i have no idea. i just wanted to say the word pooky on tv. no, actually, i think he means it's like we have some sunny breaks and holes in the clouds, something like this, where we had the layer of low clouds over the city of san francisco. and then we have a few sunny breaks. temperature-wise 58 degrees in san francisco. it's cool and breezy. temperatures in the 60s across the board from san jose to the north to santa rosa. this is that very deep marine layer that's been hanging tight to the coast all enhanced by that right there. that area of low pressure part of the glitch in our satellite imagery there from goes west 10. there you have it. that low is encouraging and enhancing that marine layer. it's beginning to retreat now and the winds are increasing. a stiff sea breeze west 14 miles an hour in san francisco across the bay 11 in oakland, 15 in san ramo
