robert wood johnson foundation. what have you found about how aware medicaid recipients are about these changes that are coming up and about this program in general? >> guest: unfortunately survey said shown people not very aware. people are currently enrolled in medicaid lesson .5% know that changes are coming. even fewer than that are getting help to figure what the options are. the redetermination process of re-enrolling in medicaid can be very complicated, very overly burdensome for individuals and families. requires information that can be difficult to find, that takes a long time to receive yourself. not to mention some states are requiring eligibility redetermination happens electronically which for many can be convenient, for lots who don't trust the internet, don't not a use internet, don't have access to the internet can be an additional barrier. >> host: was this all happening before the continuous enrollment, this yearly look at the roles, was this process you described as onerous, is that fair? >> guest
