hi, liz. >>> good morning, roberta. yeah. lot of rain coming down for the evening commute maybe for this weekend. for right now everything is dry and i got to say the commute is extra, extra quiet on this friday morning. a lot of folks may be starting their spring breaks this week and you can see not even a delay yet at all not one yellow sensor through the livermore valley. this is pretty unusual. this is your friday gift, 13 minutes between the altamont pass and the dublin interchange. the only spot i could find any slowdowns is at the bay bridge. they turned the metering lights on around 6:06. the only thing i saw was a stall. it's on the shoulder approaching the toll plaza so that shouldn't slow you down much. anyway, it's backed up to the overcrossings, about 15 minutes to get you on the span. and once you got past the metering lights, the sensors show everything is moving freeway. actually you can see it right there from the incline past the tunnel. so this evening could get a little tricky driving around san francisco.
