thank you, roberta. out the door unfortunately we have some major problems going on in castro valley right now. we have learned there's about 30 cars stuck in some of the backup behind the traffic alert. it's a confirmed fatal accident now. at one point that car was fully engulfed. multiple lanes possibly even all lanes of eastbound 580 are blocked right now at 164th. they are trying to get some of the cars stuck in the backup there while they do the investigation, they are trying to detour the cars off at that exit, that 164th exit. and they may be shutting the off-ramps down after that. so if you want to use an alternate, 880 is probably a good one for a while while the investigation continues. it's moving fine now between oakland and san leandro. and if you need to head to castro valley just use 238 to cut over and bypass the entire accident scene. so yeah, that's your best way to go for now. all clear 15 minutes between 238 and the macarthur maze. golden gate bridge, we just missed the zipper crews.
