frank and michelle have a terrific day. >> you too roberta thanks. >>> 6:48.re ready to start debating new bills that might become new laws. >> with more on what to expect we're joined by our political analyst. >> reporter: good morning guys, 2400 and some change is how many bills have been introduced so far. there are a ton and so many great new ideas to talk about but first and foremost want to tell you about something called the upward mobility act. this is a bill that would dramatically change our state taxes. as you know we have a state sales tax that we pay when we purchase stuff, but right now we don't pay taxes on services. things like legal services or accounting services, so if you buy turbo tax software, you pay a sales tax, but if you go to an accountant and have them do your taxes, you don't pay a sales tax, well this upward mobility act bill would extend the sales tax to services and it's is supposed to bring in about $10 billion a year. on the other side of the scale the law would cut income taxes so that's a big change. >> it's pretty ambitious
