robin. >> kayna, thank you. host of "nancy grace" on hln and in the studio legal analyst dan abrams. prosecutors are alleging intentional conduct charging her with second degree murder. how strong is their case based on what we know. >> i read through the police report and i think this is a really tough case when it comes to second degree murder. the allegation that they were fighting, right and that she then accelerates the brakes. the theory it was a murder suicide. this is a car that goes off the edge of a cliff. she's in it also. it's not like she got out of the car. so she's going to risk her own life to try to kill her sister. i guess that's possible. but it would seem to me this is much more likely a sort of manslaughter case than intentional murder case. >> what do you think, nancy, about the prosecution's case. >> well, first of all that's why they call it murder/suicide. that's the whole point here. there in that jurisdiction as in many jurisdictions, second degree murder is knowingly and intentionally

. >> reporter: good morning, robin.stanbul is a shaken city today, security is being intensified at public places around the city and officials are now disclosing they believe the attackers here at the airport were russian and central asian as we are learning more about what they did here. this morning, authorities in istanbul are cracking down. 16 raids throughout the city, targeting isis, and 13 people are now under arrest. this as we learn new details about that horrific attack on the city's airport tuesday, the coordinated massacre killing 42 people and wounding 239 others. and we're seeing these newly released images of the suspected attackers. this man in a baseball cap with an alleged accomplice. officials say the three pulled up in a taxi just before 10:00 p.m. tuesday. the attackers got out of a taxi here at the front of the airport where the first layer of security is. they were spotted and scattered. one heading down that way, opening fire, detonating his explosive. another making it into the terminal there.

. >> reporter: robin and george, good morning. donald trump telling the press exactly how he feels but also a san diego judge he's not happy with. the judge just ordered documents released in a trump university lawsuit where recruiters knew many of the potential customers may not have the funds to cover the school's tuition fees. overnight, donald trump raging on following a fiery news conference where he took on the press. >> a big portion of them especially the political press are the most dishonest people. they're bad people. >> reporter: back in january, trump claimed he raised $6 million at the iowa event including a million he personally chipped in. >> we just cracked $6 million, right? 6 million. >> reporter: but trump's campaign manager recently suggested the total amount raised was closer to 4.5 million. and trump's own million dollar contribution, it was only made last week. trump showing a photocopy of the check. mr. trump, writing a million dollar check is incredibly generous but the night of that iowa fund-raiser you
