. >> let's bring in robin wright middle east analyst and joint fellow. who they really are." thank you for being on the show. the letter what do you believe the impact is on the perception of the united states around the world? >> well i think one of the big questions is what will our allies who are part of this diplomatic process going to think about the letter and what impact it might have two years down the road? they may be getting a little bit nervous about the potential for the deal unraveling. then of course there's always what the iranians are thinking. the problem has always been what the supreme leader might think about doing a deal. would he be willing to go that ultimate step and do a deal to trust the united states? and he has said today that this was a backstabbing letter that undermined the diplomatic process. we'll know a lot more over the weekend when the next round of talks began, but there are some serious questions, i think, about is this deal durable if we get one. >> what does it mean to you that khamenei who hadn't said much about

our middle east analyst, robin wright. cnn justice reporter evan perez.7-year-old, evan charged trying to leave canada to join isis. what do we know? >> that's right, this is another example of the recruitment isis has been able to -- foothold it has been able to gain both in the united states and in canada. this case comes out of edmonton and this 17-year-old is charged by canadian authorities with trying to leave canada to try to join isis. edmonton apparently has been a bit of a hot bed for isis recruitment. they are three teenagers, three cousins last year who died fighting with isis after leaving the country and so this is something that the canadian authorities are very much keeping an eye on something akin to the hot bed we have had here in minneapolis with the recruitment of shabab and more recently with isis. >> you know paul our friends in canada they've got some serious problems up there when it comes to canadians being recruited, young ones and heading off to try to join forces with isis. >> that's absolutely right. about 130 canadians believe
