because i want to answer that question posed by robin. will it force the prosecutors to pursue the case? >> no question the effort was to put pressure on them. i don't think it's going to change the outcome though. remember, the prosecution sent a note to the defense team basically saying, we think she lied to the grand jury. we think that she lied about that previous rape. and maybe most importantly, we think she lied to us. and i think, as a result, they probably won't move forward with the charges. but that doesn't mean that there's not legal options here. she can still file a civil case against him. and, remember, two big differences. in a criminal case, it's the people, the state of new york, versus strauss-kahn. in a civil case, it's her versus strauss-kahn. key difference in the legal standard as well. in a criminal case, proof beyond a reasonable doubt, a very high standard. in a civil case, much lower standard, a preponderance of the evidence, meaning more likely than not. which would make it an easier case for her to win. >> go
