good morning, robin. of course, as these folks try to get life back to some kind of pace that they can get toward normal, let me show you what's going on above us. just off to the distance, you can see the dark clouds. this is the second round of thunderstorms that moved through the area this morning. and certainly, what you don't need when you're trying to get through all of the dirt and the mud and debris that's here, is additional rainfall and hail and the frequent lightning we've had this morning. let's talk about this tornado. there were 68 tornadoes, saturday, sunday and monday, in this outbreak so far. there's one of them, one of them was a monster. at least an ef-4, is what the national weather service is saying about this storm, that popped out of the sky in new castle. and in about an hour, on its way to moore, oklahoma, became what could be an ef-4 or higher. that's a rare, rare, rare zone for a tornado. a little more likely in this area because we had an ef-4 yesterday in shawnee, oklahoma. so
