this rochester man found guilty in the 2014 stabbing death of a madbury teenager. mcelveen. jurors deliberated five hours before finding tristan wolusky guilty on all charges including first degree murder. let's get right to wmur's mike cronin who is live outside court in dover with the breaking details. reporter: the trial lasted several weeks and this afternoon jurors convicted him on all charges. 19-year-old tristan wolusky showed no emotion as he was led away in handcuffs. in june of 2014 prosecutors say the rochester man and two others went to rob 18-year-old aaron wilkinson at his madbury home. wilkinson was stabbed more than 20 times, and his body dumped along a road in maine. as part of a plea agreement, wolusky's two friends pleaded guilty to second degree murder, in exchange for testifying against wolusky. his defense attorney argued wolusky's coconspirators killed wilkinson and said they lied during their testimony. he is shocked by the verdict. >> i have no idea what happened in the deliberation room, but they got to watch two people take the stand and lie their

shelley: frisbie memorial hospital in rochester is making a groundbreaking move. they are working with local pharmacies to make narcan available over-the-counter for addicts, as well as the people who can save them if they overdose. frisbee is doing what they can to put an end to the heroin epidemic. >> we want to put all the effort into working together collaboratively to stop this epidemic. shelley: today, the hospital announced a partnership with local pharmacies. a physicians have pre-signed a standing order of prescriptions for narcan. that means it can be sold over the counter for anyone at risk of overdosing or any family member or friend who is training and opioid -- trained in opioid prevention. the standing prescription is for nasal spray narcan. it is available at the walgreens in rochester and will be available at nearly all area pharmacies. >> we want to make sure we are out in front of this, not playing games, and we want to do everything we can to make sure the citizens of rochester are fairly, medically, emotionally supported in this kind of epidem

superior court hoping a judge would dismiss those charges, which he did, and then he appeared in rochester circuit court to face two new stalking charges. the county attorney and police admitting that they're trying to slow this process so they can figure out whether penny poses a danger to himself or the community. 38-year-old richard penny was accused of stealing his brother's guns, threatening and holding another woman hostage, and engaging in a standoff with police in january of 2013. then he was found incompetent to stand trial. he was in superior court on tuesday, asking to have charges dismissed. because of a law that says if he is not deemed competent within 12 months the charges have to be flown out. the judge agreed. the issue with authorities is they aren't confident that it's safe for him or the community if he's freed. >> we deem him at the time significant danger to the public and we have no information one way or another to show whether that dangerousness has changed. reporter: by law they don't have access to mental health records, to know if he's been reassessed or even wh
