anton specializes in investing in the financial sector and joins us from rochester, new york. welcome back. nice to see you. give us the read on the banks. >> i think the market has been a little early in terms of expecting results immediately. i have been visiting a lot of banks over the last few weeks and four separate road trips and what's very clear is the securities portfolios will take a little hit and it will show up in capital this quarter and margins really aren't going to change dramatically until libor moves. competition is really rough out there and not enough economic growth to spur massive loan command, so they're fighting each other for new loans and so again it is impacting margins, so the rate move over time is great. it will help. certainly libor moving down the road i think the fed talked about rates moving in 2015 and will be very helpful and the market is discounting that all back but in terms of near term outlook there is no impact in near term and book value is down a little bit because of the market on the security portfolios. >> do i hear you then sayi
