now this all began about 8:45 this morning at far rockaway beach in queens on the boardwalk there. some video playing where you'll see that the police were interacted with some people from the public there for a little while. eventually ending in an arrest. that arrest resulted in claims by bystanders. in that video there was a choke hold. now choke holds are now banned under recently passed police reform here's in new york city. and instantly, a very swiftly, according to authorities, this case moved the internal affairs division of the new york police department and led to the officer involved being suspended without pay while that investigation goes on. so another story about a police interaction caught on video now leading to a swift action by the police department to have this officer suspended during the investigation. >> we'll state on top of the story. thank you. >>> other important news we're following here in "the situation room." major league baseball closed training camps in florida and arizona over the coronavirus fears. the players union was supposed to vote this week
